Humeral Nail (Helical Blade) System permits indirect reduction of diaphyseal fractures and approximation of metaphyseal fractures. The Helical Blade for Humeral Nail is optimized for fixation in the humeral head. Increased surface area distributes load more broadly than conventional Locking Bolts. It can be locked into either Humeral Nail with a helical blade End Cap to create a locked, fixed-angle construct.
